Therapeutic Style

My therapeutic style is client-centered, strengths-based, and grounded in care navigation. I believe healing begins when people feel heard, respected, and supported in ways that honor their lived experience. I work collaboratively, offering steady guidance while helping clients make sense of challenges within the broader systems that impact their lives.

I approach therapy with empathy, cultural humility, and curiosity, creating spaces where clients can reflect, build awareness, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I use an integrative approach that draws from client-centered care, strengths-based practices, EMDR, mindfulness-informed strategies, and solution-focused support. This allows our work to remain flexible and responsive while addressing both emotional experiences and practical needs. My approach recognizes the impact of social, educational, and environmental systems on well-being and supports clients in navigating these systems with confidence and care.
