Selina is an exceptional advocate for holistic well-being and social justice. As a distinguished graduate of Temple University, she holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Movement. With an unwavering commitment to promoting overall wellness, Selina tirelessly champions the mental health of Black individuals within her community.

Deeply rooted in her love for her community, Selina endeavors to empower and uplift others, leading them towards a clearer headspace and a future brimming with prosperity. Drawing upon her extensive knowledge and expertise, she specializes in holistic integrative therapies that honor the intricate mind-body connection, fostering deep healing and transformation.

Selina's approach encompasses a comprehensive range of modalities, including Sports Performance, Intensive Sessions, Advanced Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Advanced Brainspotting, Reiki, Sound & Energy Healing, and she is a Certified Kemetic Yoga Instructor. Through these diverse tools, she strives to address the multifaceted needs of her clients, embracing a holistic perspective that recognizes the intricate interplay between physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
