To provide unwavering support and guidance to individuals and families of color who have experienced trauma or injustices. Eshay's passion lies in holistic healing, empowering youth, and harnessing the transformative power of expressive arts. Her therapeutic toolkit includes music, movement, and a myriad of other creative outlets.

Eshay specializes in Bible-inspired counseling and spirituality, offering a unique blend of professional expertise and spiritual wisdom. As an experienced Drug & Alcohol Counselor, she possesses the skills to help those grappling with addiction navigate their journey towards recovery.

Away from her therapeutic practice, Eshay revels in the joy of singing, worshipping, sharing laughter, and learning new languages. She draws inspiration from her two children, her greatest blessings.

Eshay is a practitioner of Brainspotting and Trauma-informed CBT, offering tailored therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of every client.
